Job Summary:

Commercial Head Formulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the

  global commercial and sales strategy

  for the formulations business
• Drive

  revenue growth and profitability

  across US and European markets
• Lead and mentor global sales and business development teams
  
• Manage key customer relationships, strategic accounts, and channel partners
  
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and licensing deals
  
• Collaborate closely with R&D, regulatory, supply chain, and manufacturing teams
  
• Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements
  
• Track market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments
  
• Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and global conferences
  

Mandatory Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in

  pharmaceutical sales / commercial leadership

• Strong background in

  formulations business

  within the pharma industry
• Proven experience managing

  regulated markets US & Europe

• Demonstrated success in driving international sales and business growth
  
• Strong understanding of

  regulatory requirements

  (USFDA, EMA) impacting formulations
• Experience in senior stakeholder and client management
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales / Marketing / Business Management
  
• Exposure to

  contract manufacturing (CMO/CDMO)

  and licensing models
• Experience working with multinational pharma companies
