Sales manager with good experience in Automation sales / Robotic automation solutions.

Experience:

Roles and Responsibilities:

To build up market for Robotics & Automation business across West India/ North India / South India.
Lead Generation.
To handle all the sales enquiries from lead to closure stage and converting enquiries to orders.
To create expansion strategies to penetrate in new markets and geographies.
Marketing Company's profile & Scope of work.
Management of sales KPIs and achievement of maximum sales revenue objectives
Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits.
To manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
To Present sales, revenue and sales budgets and realistic forecasts to the management team on regular basis.
Setting individual sales targets for sales and application team, tracking goals and reporting results as necessary.
To Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands Company's customer base and ensure its strong presence and generate a strong sales funnel / pipeline of opportunities.
Ability to set sales targets and meet them effectively.
Strong analytical skills to identify industry trends and sales patterns.
To participate in exhibitions for solution marketing, identify new customers and suppliers for business development and to identify latest technologies in the market.
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidate with strong sales experience from
Robotics & Automation field.
