Your role will be to understand customer requirements, educate them about our services, and convert inquiries into qualified leads or confirmed projects. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries (calls, emails, website, and social media leads). Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about design services, pricing, and project processes. Maintain detailed records of client communication and follow-ups in the CRM system. Schedule appointments for design consultations or site visits with senior designers or project managers. Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups, resolving queries, and maintaining engagement until closure. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure smooth lead conversion. Prepare basic proposals and assist in client onboarding when needed. Provide feedback on lead quality and client expectations to improve service offerings. ________________________________________ Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field. 02 years of experience in inbound sales or customer service, preferably in the interior design or home improvement industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good listening and problem-solving abilities. Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality. Basic understanding of interior design concepts and project workflows (preferred).
