ASM-Industrial filtration

As an Assistant Sales Manager at a leading MNC Manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, your role will primarily focus on the growth of the Industrial & Architecture Screens (IAS) business in the Western region. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a Sales Action Plan to achieve Order Input, Volume, and Margin forecast for the region. You will be required to make regular visits to various OEMs & Industries for Starch, Sugar, Paper, Mining, Edible oil, Chemical, Food & Beverage, ETP/Water Contractors, etc. Additionally, you will study applications, selection & sizing of products, negotiate and close orders, get approval of company brands with consultants, and drive sales of new products and technology. Key Responsibilities: - Selecting and sizing core products such as screen basket, flat panels, nozzles, laterals, resin traps, trommels, DSM screens, etc for customer processes - Analyzing and recommending improvements in screening processes to various customers & OEMs - Achieving annual objectives & targets through regular sales calls, customer meetings, and contract reviews for major projects - Conducting market research for pricing, applications, new product development, and competition analysis - Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and customers - Providing guidance on product/system deficiencies, participating in business planning, and implementing company policies and procedures for safe and efficient sales and marketing activities Qualifications Required: - Essential: Engineering degree in Mechanical engineering and ability to communicate effectively in English - Preferred: 10-12 years of sales experience in screening/filtration processes in Chemical/Starch and Sugar industries/Food processing/Paper/Mining/Water treatment plants/ETPs/general engineering If interested in this position, kindly share your resume along with details of your present salary, expected salary, and notice period.,
