About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment process
for IT positions (requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, selection, offer, and onboarding).
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, Boolean search, and social media
.
Conduct
initial screening calls
to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate
client interviews
and follow-up with candidates until joining.
Build and maintain a
pipeline of qualified IT talent
for immediate and future requirements.
Maintain
daily/weekly reports
, dashboards, and recruitment trackers.
Collaborate closely with clients to ensure smooth and effective hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
37 years of experience in
IT recruitment for a staffing company
.
Good understanding of
IT technologies, skills, and hiring market trends
.
Proficiency in using
job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
.
Ability to
work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
