Corporate Lawyer

We are looking a Corporate Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience to support our legal and contractual needs in a dynamic architecture and design environment. The role involves handling corporate legal matters, contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management tailored to the architecture and construction industry. Conducting Due Diligence of Property related documents on behalf of the company for Registration of new project.

• Timely response to letters and notices received from Vendor, Government Authorities, and Lawyers and try to share the response well within time frame to avoid any unnecessary litigation burden upon the company.
• Drafting of complaints (Criminal & Civil) against any frauds or against any individual(s) or any vendor who has not released any outstanding payments.
• Drafting of civil recovery suits and pursuing the matter before the Court.
• Coordinated with external advocates and law firms for legal matters of the company in various forums across India.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on company matters, including contracts, compliance, and disputes. Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary. Ensure legal compliance with government regulations and policies.

Requirement :

• Having more than 3 years of hands-on experience in handling legal matters.
• B.B.A L.L.B (5 Years)
• Excellent communication skills.
