Corporate Lawyer

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Corporate Law, Trademark Law, Regulatory Compliance, Company Law and Contract Law
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts
• Solid understanding of corporate governance and legal risk management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.); additional qualifications are an advantage
• Prior experience in corporate law firms is highly desirable
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
