Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audit Manager based in Kozhikode. The Audit Manager will oversee financial audits, ensure the accuracy of financial statements and verify compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. The role includes analyzing financial data, managing audit processes, liaising with clients and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.

The Audit Manager will also oversee the work of SBx in India and the UAE, delegate tasks and ensure smooth execution of audit activities across these locations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of compliance, MCA filings and other statutory obligations, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Expertise in financial audits and preparation of financial statements
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge with familiarity of industry standards
• Analytical ability to identify discrepancies and interpret financial data
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on regulatory and statutory compliance
• Proven experience leading and managing audit teams
• Job experience in the relevant area for at least 1+ years other that Articleship or Training.
• Professional certification such as CA, ACCA or equivalent
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
