Audit Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Audit Engagements:

  Manage and direct multiple audit projects simultaneously, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget, adhering to professional auditing standards .

• Risk Assessment:

  Develop comprehensive, risk-based annual and long-term audit plans. Proactively identify and evaluate key business risks and the effectiveness of current internal controls to mitigate those risks.

• Team Leadership & Mentoring:

  Supervise, train, and mentor a team of audit professionals. Provide constructive feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Reporting & Communication:

  Prepare clear, concise, and objective audit reports detailing findings, risks, and practical recommendations. Present results effectively to senior management, the audit committee, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Compliance & Policy Adherence:

  Ensure all audit activities and company operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements, accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, INDAS), and internal policies and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate completed CA Intermediate and pursuing CA Final.
