As a Corporate Lawyer at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing all legal aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing compliance, drafting and negotiating agreements, managing intellectual property rights, and providing strategic legal advice to support our business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all corporate legal matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. - Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements. - Manage and protect our trademarks and intellectual property portfolio. - Provide strategic legal advice on business operations, e-commerce, and product regulations. - Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsels to efficiently resolve legal issues. - Handle brand protection initiatives and represent the company in IPR or trademark cases when required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Law (LLB / LLM). - Minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate legal, compliance, or intellectual property law. - Sound knowledge of corporate and IPR regulations, especially in trademark management. - Prior exposure to e-commerce or product-based legal matters preferred. - Strong skills in legal drafting, documentation, negotiation, and communication. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
