Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager in overseeing property operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and utilities. Coordinate with contractors, facility teams, and vendors for scheduled maintenance, repair work, and emergency response. Monitor service quality and enforce SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance with outsourced vendors. Respond promptly to tenant/resident concerns, inquiries, and service requests to ensure high satisfaction. Help manage property budgets, track expenses, and support preparation of financial and operational reports. Conduct periodic inspections of buildings, amenities, and common areas to ensure safety and functionality. Assist with tenant onboarding, move-in/move-out processes, and documentation. NATURE OF RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented talent to join our design and engineering team. The candidate will assist in the planning, design, and coordination of construction projects, ensuring that design specifications meet functional and aesthetic goals while adhering to regulatory standards. Generating structural drawings of reinforced concrete, steel buildings, masonry & wood buildings and facilities. Perform routine to moderately complex drafting, detailing to produce accurate drawings and plans necessary for fabrication and construction in accordance with customer contract documents, industry standards and/or established practices and procedures. Coordinates with Engineers and Designers within the office. Ability to maintain concurrent hours of operation at the Main Office in Houston. Prepare technical drawings and construction documents. Support in evaluating design proposals and providing input for material selection, layout optimisation, and cost efficiency. Participate in design coordination meetings with internal teams. Assist in ensuring compliance with building codes, local regulations, and safety standards. Contribute to value engineering exercises to optimise project costs without compromising quality or design intent.
