Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from planning and execution to final handover.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Procurement, Engineering, Finance) and external stakeholders (consultants, vendors, contractors).
Ensure smooth communication between cross-functional teams and proactively resolve issues to keep the project on schedule.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality standards, and adherence to specifications.
Identify and manage project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and handle conflict resolution effectively.
Provide regular project status reports, milestone tracking, and risk assessments to senior management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout all stages.

Requirements:

Minimum
10 years of proven experience
in
Project Management
within the
[Architecture / Interior / Construction]
industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently under pressure.
Willingness to travel to project sites as per business needs.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in
Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture
, or a related field.
