Project Manager

• We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a solid background in Java development and proven experience in managing multiple parallel workstreams

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & DeliveryLead and manage end-to-end software development projects with a focus on Java-based applications
• Coordinate multiple development tracks, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Technical LeadershipProvide hands-on technical guidance to development teams, especially in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical troubleshooting
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization
• Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify project risks and technical bottlenecks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Track progress and resolve blockers across multiple workstreams
• Client & Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide regular updates, demos, and reports on project status and milestones
• Required Skills & Experience:9+ years of hands-on experience in Java development (Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, etc )
• 2 to 4 years of experience in technical project management or engineering leadershipStrong understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS)
• Experience managing multiple parallel development tracksProficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA,
• Confluence, GitExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
