Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple departments. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, interviewing, documentation, and driving timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Conduct screening calls and shortlist qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures
• Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities
• Maintain MIS reports, candidate trackers, and recruitment dashboards
• Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and urgent roles
• Support employer branding, job fairs, and campus recruitment
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and data confidentiality
• Support onboarding and coordinate with HR operations

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with ATS systems and job portals
• Ability to manage multiple positions with quick turnaround
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in HR preferred
• Experience in the education or service industry is an added advantage
