BDE (Business Development Executive)

We are hiring dynamic Business Development Executives to lead Elance’s offline marketing, institutional outreach, and student acquisition activities across Kerala. This is a field-intensive role involving school/college visits, event support, community engagement, and consistent lead generation.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstitutional Outreach

• Conduct visits to schools and colleges
• Deliver seminars, workshops & career awareness sessions
• Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs & faculty
• Support institutional branding activities (posters, brochures, standees)

Community Engagement & Lead Generation

• Build & manage local agent networks
• Drive word-of-mouth and referral campaigns
• Collaborate with communities to strengthen brand presence

Events & Offline Marketing

• Participate in education fairs, expos, and public events
• Identify and develop institutional partnerships
• Support sponsorships, fests & community programs

Sales Funnel & CRM Management

• Generate qualified leads and update CRM systems accurately
• Coordinate with Sales & Counselling teams for lead nurturing
• Drive walk-ins to Elance Learning Centers

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily/weekly route plans
• Log visits, events & lead data
• Submit performance reports on time
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations & Product teams

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related fields
• 0–3 years of field marketing / BTL experience
• Excellent communication in English & Malayalam
• Strong presentation & relationship-building skills
• Willingness for extensive travel
• Target-driven mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
