Role Description This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive located Hybrid/on-site in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and achieve company targets. Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation Strong Business acumen and experience in Account Management Strong hands-on bidding portals ( Upwork & relevant bidding portals) Strong hands-on Email marketing Excellent Communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the IT industry is a plus
