JD :

The ServiceNow L3 role is accountable for all aspects of the technical solution and implementation from initiation through closeout and requirements gathering workshops to capture all requirements to implement the solution on the ServiceNow platform. The L3 provides consultative guidance to the customer, and designs the overall solution based on ServiceNow and industry specific best practices. Additionally, the following are typical activities expected of the ServiceNow L3 role:

• Provide subject matter expertise in the design, development and implementation of the following capabilities within ServiceNow platform: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Service Portal
• 7+ years of enterprise level application design/architecture experience, with extensive experience on Java, J2ee, middleware and high-volume web-based applications design and systems integration.
• Provide technical guidance, and assist with capturing all business, functional and technical requirements to design and implement the solution
• Research and evaluate technical solutions to make informed recommendations on the most appropriate, efficient and cost-effective solution based on the customer requirements and the statement of work
• Technical knowledge of the following areas: Java, HTML, JavaScript, LDAP/Active Directory, networking and database administration
• Designs data model and architecture required to implement solution using technology specific best practices and standards.
• Refine Agile Stories to accurately document the appropriate level of technical detail for a developer to implement
• Participate in daily scrum calls with the development team
