Role Overview: You will be primarily responsible for responding to RFIs/RFPs and proposing solutions in the domains of Digital IT Service Management, Service Assurance, and AIOps. Your role will encompass infrastructure and application monitoring, event management, analytics, machine learning, automation, orchestration, server and network automation tools across Data Centre, Cloud, Network, and EUC towers.
