Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    entire recruitment cycle

    from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation to onboarding.
  • Partner with

    business heads and hiring managers

    to understand workforce requirements across Wealth Management, BFSI, and Retail Broking businesses.
  • Design and implement

    effective sourcing strategies

    to attract top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, headhunting, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a

    robust talent pipeline

    for current and future hiring needs, especially for niche and leadership roles.
  • Conduct

    preliminary interviews and assessments

    to evaluate candidates’ fitment in terms of skills, experience, and organizational culture.
  • Manage

    stakeholder expectations

    by providing regular hiring updates and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure

    adherence to defined timelines

    for closures and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report

    recruitment metrics

    (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) to management.
  • Stay updated on

    industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability

    in the Wealth and BFSI space.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA**
  • 4–6 years of experience

    in Talent Acquisition, preferably within Wealth Management, BFSI, or Retail Broking.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI job roles, skill requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of successfully

    closing junior, mid to senior-level mandates

    within defined timelines.
  • Excellent

    networking, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools

    .
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
