We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team at Aye Finance.

Location: Sector- 45,Gurugram

Responsibilities:

Manage end to end recruitment for mass / bulk hiring.
Previous work experience as an HR recruiter or a similar role in HR talent acquisition.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle across the various departments of the organisation.
Work closely with the hiring manager for a seamless hiring process.
Build good relationships with potential candidates and effectively use the database to fill in existing gaps.
Maintain the database of selected candidates.
Should be good with the MIS.
