What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum 1+ year of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
✔ Strong knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment best practices✔ Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and deliver results✔ Data-driven mindset with comfort in metrics and reporting✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
