Job Description

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, primarily supporting engineering and niche skill hiring. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
from requisition intake to offer closure
Partner with
hiring managers
to understand skill requirements and timelines
Source candidates using different Channels
Handle
lateral and niche skill hiring
, especially for engineering roles
Screen resumes and conduct initial discussion with the candidates
Coordinate with candidates and interview panels for scheduling
Drive
offer management, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups
Maintain accurate data in ATS
Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and compliance standards
Enhance
employer branding
through candidate engagement and process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Degree
2 to 6 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment
Strong experience in
engineering and IT hiring
Hands-on experience with Portals
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
