Job Description

We are looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own end-to-end hiring while leveraging data analytics, intelligent sourcing strategies, and AI-powered recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
  • Drive hiring for tech and non-tech roles across multiple functions

Data-Driven Hiring & Analytics

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, funnel conversion, and offer-to-join ratio
  • Use data insights to improve hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership review

Smart Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, GitHub, communities, and niche platforms
  • Apply Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, and market mapping techniques
  • Identify passive candidates and build long-term engagement strategies

AI-Enabled Recruitment

  • Work with AI recruiter tools for call screening, candidate matching, job description optimization, and interview scheduling
  • Leverage automation to reduce manual effort and scale hiring efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in tech or startup environments
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting
  • Proven expertise in smart sourcing techniques and passive candidate hiring
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel for data analysis and recruitment dashboards
  • Exposure to or strong interest in AI-based recruiting tools and automation
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
