Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles. This includes developing and posting job descriptions on job portals, social media, and internal networks. You will screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess the fitment of candidates for the roles. It will be your duty to maintain a candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures of positions. Additionally, you will manage offers roll outs and pre-joining engagements. We are looking for candidates who are immediate joiners and flexible with shift timings. The preferred location for this position is Mohali.
