Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a proven track record in hiring for e-commerce, sales-driven, and product-based organizations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and experience in successfully closing sales, business, and managerial roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Hiring Planning: Design and execute targeted hiring strategies to attract high-caliber talent across sales, business development, and leadership functions.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, engaging proactively with passive talent.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency, quality of hires, and candidate experience.
  • ATS & Recruitment Tools: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals to manage candidate data, monitor hiring progress, and generate reports.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage multiple platforms — LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Instahyre, IIM Jobs, and other creative sourcing channels like social media, referrals, and agencies.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to support data-driven decision-making and competitive hiring strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to align on role requirements, selection criteria, and hiring timelines.
  • Candidate Experience & Onboarding: Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience, facilitating smooth onboarding for selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably within e-commerce, product-based, or sales-driven industries).
  • Strong end-to-end hiring expertise and ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
  • Proficient in sourcing tools, ATS systems, and job boards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver quality hires.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • in e-commerce, sales : 2 years (Preferred)
