Team Leader – LAP
Locations: Gurugram, Faridabad, Palwal, Hodal & Ballabgarh
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle a team of 4–5 LAP Sales Executives
· Guide team on daily sales activities and DSA relationship management
· Drive monthly business targets through the team
· Support team in sourcing quality LAP files
· Conduct training, performance tracking, and field support
Requirements:
· 3–6 years of experience in LAP sales
· Prior experience in team handling is mandatory
· Strong local DSA network
· Target-oriented and good people management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
