Operation Manager (Export)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to oversee and enhance our export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing export strategies, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners worldwide. This role requires a keen understanding of global markets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive export strategies to drive business growth in international markets.
• Manage the entire export process from order receipt through shipment, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in target markets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align export activities with overall business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on export performance, market conditions, and competitor activities for senior management.
• Provide training and support to staff on export procedures and compliance matters.

Requirements

• Proven experience in export management or a related field within an international business environment.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using export management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
