Candidate Experience & Onboarding: Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience , facilitating smooth onboarding for selected candidates. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably within e-commerce, product-based, or sales-driven industries). Strong end-to-end hiring expertise and ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously. Proficient in sourcing tools, ATS systems, and job boards .
