Talent Acquisition Recruiter

to meet the objectives of the organization. He/she is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization. They should confer with management to assess, and identify staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions. To ensure success as an HR Executive, you should focus primarily on acquiring talented candidates who will add value to the organization. An outstanding HR Executive should have a network of contacts in the industry and understand how to use social media to attract suitable candidates for current and future posts.


Responsibilities:

• Drafting and posting job descriptions.

• Networking with various institutions and social media.

• Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms

• Developing your network of suitable candidates.

• Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan and executing efficiently.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting

plans and implementation

• Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

• Primary interviewing candidates.

• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably for IT/SAS roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS tools.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, especially SAS, analytics, QA, developer, and data-related profiles.
  • Hands-on experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to evaluate technical resumes and shortlist relevant candidates quickly.
  • Organized, target-driven, and comfortable managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
