About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Recruiter who can independently manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for white-collar and permanent positions with leading corporate clients. The ideal candidate must be strong in sourcing, client handling, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level white-collar mandates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Screen, evaluate and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiation and offer closures.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring requirements.

Client Handling & Key Account Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Understand client requirements, culture and expectations thoroughly.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles and maintain client satisfaction.
• Manage escalations, feedback and ensure smooth communication with clients.
• Build and strengthen long-term professional relationships with top clients (“bigshot” companies).

Operational Excellence

• Maintain trackers, MIS reports, and recruitment dashboards.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and ensure timely closures.
• Manage internal coordination and support team members when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for white-collar/permanent roles.
• Excellent communication & client management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, Excel and recruitment tools.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of independent decision-making.
