Role Overview: At Thrillophilia, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers to deliver the right fit, and building strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing methods. You will also be the face of Thrillophilia to candidates and track recruitment metrics to improve efficiency continuously. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the right fit in a timely manner. - Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing methods. - Be the face of Thrillophilia to candidates and ensure an outstanding hiring experience. - Track and share recruitment metrics to continuously improve efficiency. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to think creatively to attract and engage the best talent. - A proactive mindset where you actively seek out talent instead of waiting for it to come to you.
