Job Summary:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring talented individuals to meet the needs of the organization. You will play a key role in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant experience of 1.5-3 years in Non-technical profile.
• Any Graduate can apply.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
• Proficient in using different hiring portals.
