• Partner strategically with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and design tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead headhunting initiatives to proactively attract top talent from the market, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques beyond conventional job portals.
• Drive campus hiring programs and early-career talent initiatives to support long term workforce planning.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs, including niche and critical roles.
• Take ownership of SOP creation, implementation, and continuous improvement, ensuring all recruitment processes are standardized, scalable, and compliant.
• Maintain strong and accurate recruitment documentation across all hiring stages to ensure audit readiness and process transparency.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding – with a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
• Strengthen employer branding through recruitment marketing campaigns, social media strategies, career fairs, and industry partnerships.
• Track, analyse, and report on key hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer to-join ratio, etc.), providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters, driving adherence to best practices and continuous learning.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within D2C, retail, e-commerce, or other fast-paced, high-growth industries.
• Educational Qualifications: MBA or BBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Candidates with prior D2C and ATS experience are preferred.
• Strong exposure to D2C hiring across both tech and non-tech functions, including roles in product, engineering, growth, marketing, operations, and customer success.
• Demonstrated success in hiring for multiple levels, from entry-level to mid-senior roles, across cross-functional teams.
• In-depth experience with campus recruitment and building scalable early-talent programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments. • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Keka, Lever, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit, etc.), sourcing tools, and social recruiting strategies. • Ability to balance strategic workforce planning with day-to-day hiring execution under tight timelines. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
