About the Role

Senior Talent Acquisition Leader

If you have strong experience hiring for consulting firms like Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, Cognizant, Infosys Consulting, Capgemini, or similar this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the consulting hiring vertical, owning end-to-end recruitment delivery.
  • Build and execute hiring strategies for niche and senior consulting roles.
  • Manage a team of recruiters and ensure high-quality submissions.
  • Partner directly with client leadership teams on hiring priorities.

Recruitment Execution

  • Hire for roles across:
    • Strategy & Transformation
    • Digital Consulting
    • Technology Advisory
    • SAP/ERP Consulting
    • Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity consulting
  • Drive sourcing through advanced channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, market mapping).
  • Ensure strong candidate screening, capability assessment, and fit mapping.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Manage expectations with delivery heads, HRBPs, and consulting managers.
  • Provide regular hiring insights, dashboards, and market intelligence.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for all consulting mandates.

Process & Performance

  • Improve hiring TAT, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Implement structured recruiting processes, SOPs, and quality checks.
  • Track metrics like conversion, offer-to-join ratio, and fulfilment rates.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 7–11 years

    of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong consulting hiring experience

    is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of roles in digital, strategy, transformation, and IT advisory.
  • Experience working with consulting clients or internal consulting teams.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a recruitment team.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience hiring for mid-senior and leadership roles.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in high-volume consulting hiring.
  • Exposure to Data & AI consulting hiring.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset.
