Key Responsibilities

Run end-to-end recruitment for senior, niche, and critical roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview orchestration, offers, and handover to onboarding.
Act as a strategic TA partner to hiring managers
Provide talent market intelligence (compensation, availability, location strategy, org mapping) to shape hiring strategy.
Build direct-sourcing pipelines via LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events and talent pool.
Design structured, competency-based assessments; facilitate interviewer calibration and debriefs.
Own stakeholder management: set expectations, SLAs and communicate progress with clear, data-backed updates.
Leverage analytics (pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, quality-of-hire proxies) to drive continuous improvement.
Manage agencies and job boards as needed
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and target-market campaigns.
Maintain compliance with hiring policies, documentation and audit requirements.

Qualifications

10–15 years of full-cycle recruiting with strong experience in senior and specialized roles; in-house experience preferred., looking for individual contributors
Proven ability to influence hiring outcomes as a strategic Individual contributor.
Advanced sourcing skills and assessment design; strong closing and negotiation.
Data-oriented with command of TA metrics and reporting; proficient with ATS/CRM and sourcing tools.
Excellent stakeholder communication and expectation management.
Bachelor’s degree; HR certifications/MBA are a plus.

Hiring manager satisfaction and selection accuracy.
Improvements in time-to-fill and offer-to-accept rates.
