Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in developing Employer Branding strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
