we’re looking for someone who’s not just a digital marketer—but a campaign thinker, copy ninja, and performance powerhouse to join us on this ride.

you think in funnels, spot opportunities, and jump into action

You’re a Digital Strategist who

• Sees beyond isolated posts—you map out full journeys from first impression to final conversion
• Doesn’t just plan—you build, optimize, test, and ship
• Knows Meta Ads like gospel—the backend, targeting, budgeting, breakdowns
• Has real experience driving app downloads through paid campaigns
• Writes copy that demands attention and drives action
• Can stitch together stories visually—you’ve got an eye for design and can navigate basic graphic/video tools when needed (we don’t need a designer, just someone with taste)
• Has 1–3 years of relevant experience in performance or digital marketing
• Bonus if you’ve been in D2C, app-first, or consumer brands
