Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan quarterly and annual digital campaigns for client acquisition and brand positioning
  • Identify growth opportunities across paid, organic, and content-driven channels

2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube)
  • Drive high-quality leads for trading accounts, mutual funds, IPOs, and other investment products
  • Track CPL, CAC, ROI, and conversion metrics to improve campaign performance

3. Content & Brand Communication

  • Work closely with content and design teams to create compliant financial content
  • Oversee blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, app/web banners, and social media content
  • Ensure all communication adheres to SEBI and compliance guidelines

4. Social Media & Online Presence

  • Build and manage the companys presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms
  • Plan content calendars around market trends, educational posts, product launches, and company updates
  • Monitor engagement, reach, and follower growth

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
  • Use data insights to optimize marketing spend and strategies

6. Website & App Marketing

  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO, conversions, and user experience
  • Coordinate app install campaigns and retention strategies (if applicable)
  • Improve organic traffic and lead funnel efficiency

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
  • MBA / Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage

  • Experience in stock broking, fintech, banking, NBFC, or financial services
  • Prior exposure to SEBI-regulated marketing communication
  • Experience in scaling digital campaigns for trading platforms or investment products
