Job Title: Hub Incharge Locations: Gurgaon Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Experience: 2–4 years Job Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Hub Incharge to manage the end-to-end operations at our Toy Hub. This role is critical in ensuring efficient daily operations, accurate inventory handling, smooth dispatch processes, and timely coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse or retail store operations, strong attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to team and task management. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee daily operations of the toy hub including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch · Ensure timely order fulfillment with accuracy and quality control. · Monitor and manage delivery SLAs (Service Level Agreements). · Toys return management - checking every toy and counting its pieces on return · Timely damages reporting · Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene protocols. · Understand and operate company software and ERP · Track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage discrepancies. · Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance metrics. · Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and regional teams for smooth operations.
