Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kids Retail Store Manager located in Mumbai. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, and maintaining effective communication with staff and customers. Additionally, the role includes tasks such as store management and retail loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Ability to manage kids
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the retail industry, preferably in children’s products
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
