Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and hiring operations for Hyderabad - India and overseas divisions. This role will be pivotal in driving end-to-end recruitment, establishing a strong employer brand, and ensuring we attract, engage, and retain top-tier detailing, engineering and support talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, leadership hiring, and strategic workforce planning, coupled with an innovative mindset to drive talent excellence across a rapidly scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Planning

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with Cadeploy’s business objectives and expansion plans in Hyderabad – India.
  • Partner with leadership and department heads to forecast manpower needs across Steel Detailing, PEMB Design, BIM, operations, and corporate functions.
  • Establish KPIs and SLAs for recruitment efficiency, cost per hire, and quality of hire.

2. Recruitment Operations & Execution

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), internal referrals, and headhunting to attract the right talent.
  • Conduct technical and behavioural assessments in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Ensure consistent candidate experience from first contact to final offer.

3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Promote Cadeploy as an employer of choice through digital presence, recruitment campaigns, and engagement programs.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and industry platforms.
  • Develop engaging candidate communication strategies that reflect the company’s culture and values.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, recruitment partners, and academic institutions.
  • Manage external hiring vendors and negotiate terms to optimize cost and quality.
  • Provide recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics to management for strategic insights.

5. Talent Systems & Process Improvement

  • Implement and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital hiring tools.
  • Create and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes for speed, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

  • 6–12 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in steel detailing, engineering, EPC, or technology sectors.
  • Proven experience hiring for structural, civil, mechanical, and BIM roles is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in scaling teams rapidly across multiple geographies.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent command of MIS reporting, and recruitment analytics.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
