Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and candidate attraction to interviewing and hiring top talent. This role requires someone with a keen understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to finding and securing top talent.


Job Duties & Responsibilites:


Talent Sourcing and Attraction:


  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including leadership roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.


Job Posting and Advertising:


  • Write and post clear, attractive job advertisements tailored to the specific roles and requirements of the real estate industry.
  • Ensure job postings are distributed across various platforms to reach a broad audience.


Candidate Screening and Interviewing:


  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates in coordination with hiring managers.


Candidate Experience and Relationship Management:


  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Build strong relationships with potential hires to maintain their interest and engagement.


Collaboration with Hiring Managers:


  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the selection and interview process.


Offer Management and Onboarding:


  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Ensure all new employees receive the necessary training and orientation.


Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:


  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Provide regular reports to HR management on recruitment activities and outcomes.


Desired Qualification Skills & Traits:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in the real estate industry, and for leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in recruiting for real estate positions such as agents, brokers, property managers, and administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and industry-specific requirements.
