Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. Responsibilities Employee Relations & Support: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new hires. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees, ensuring timely feedback and development plans. Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs and organizing development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, process HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Employee Engagement: Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture. HR Projects: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, providing administrative support and ensuring successful implementation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree/MBA in HR or related field 3 - 6 years of experience in HR or related field Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Show more Show less
