Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager / Senior Manager to oversee and strengthen the IT infrastructure and digital transformation of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate operations, systems integration, ERP/CRM tools, and the ability to lead tech initiatives that enhance business efficiency, customer engagement, and data security.

Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure & Network Management

Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure (servers, LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, printers, CCTV, etc.)
Oversee system performance, reliability, and capacity planning across all sites.
Ensure data backups, storage, and disaster recovery systems are in place and tested.

2. Software & Application Management

Implement, upgrade, and maintain real estate-specific ERP, CRM, document management systems, etc.
Collaborate with business teams to deploy tools for project management, sales, leasing, and finance.
Evaluate and manage third-party vendor relationships for application support.

3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection

Define and enforce cybersecurity policies, access controls, and data protection protocols.
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, breaches, and ensure antivirus/endpoint protection is updated.
Conduct security audits and awareness training for users.

4. End-User Support & IT Helpdesk

Supervise IT support staff to ensure timely resolution of hardware/software/user issues.
Manage a helpdesk ticketing system to track and report issue trends.
Ensure minimum downtime and prompt onboarding of new employees with required IT tools.

5. Strategic IT Planning & Budgeting

Identify opportunities for technology upgrades to improve operational efficiency
Develop and monitor IT budgets for hardware, software, licensing, and services.
Evaluate emerging technologies (cloud, automation, analytics) relevant to real estate operations.

6. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure IT practices comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., RERA, ISO).
Maintain up-to-date IT asset register, licenses, SOPs, and vendor contracts.
