Role Overview

Regional College of Management Bangalore is looking for a hands-on IT professional to manage the institution’s CRM, ERP systems, and overall technology infrastructure, while also contributing academically by conducting sessions in programming, technology, and AI where applicable. This is a blended role combining IT operations, problem-solving, and academic delivery.


Key Responsibilities

IT & Systems Management

  • Manage and maintain the college’s CRM and ERP platforms
  • Coordinate with software vendors for: Issue resolution; Feature enhancements; System updates and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve: System-level issues; User access problems; Data, reports, and workflow issues
  • Oversee campus IT infrastructure: Network, systems, hardware, and software support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all technology-related issues
  • Ensure data security, access control, and system reliability


Academic & Training Responsibilities (Preferred)

  • Conduct practical sessions/workshops on: Programming fundamentals (Python preferred); Technology tools relevant to management students; Introductory AI / data / automation concepts (as applicable)
  • Support students and faculty with: Tech-enabled learning tools; Software usage and platforms
  • Help integrate technology and automation into academic workflows


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Working knowledge of: Basic Programming Concepts; Python
  • Hands on experience with IT infrastructure and user support
  • Good understanding of: Databases, system workflows, and integrations; IT troubleshooting and vendor coordination
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to handle both operational responsibility and classroom interaction


Preferred Profile

  • Hands-on experience managing: CRM and ERP systems
  • Experience working in educational institutions or service organizations
  • Working knowledge of: AI tools, automation platforms, or data systems
  • Prior experience conducting: Training sessions; Workshops
  • Candidates comfortable wearing multiple hats and building systems ground-up
