Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Manager located in Raipur. The Information Technology Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT systems, implementing new technologies, ensuring network security, and maintaining system efficiency. The role includes leading IT projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with IT policies. Collaborating with other teams and vendors to address technical requirements is an integral aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT systems management, IT project planning, and infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of network security, system upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Ability to lead and manage IT teams, ensuring timely project execution
• Familiarity with software development processes, including integration and implementation
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications in IT management, networking, or systems administration are a plus
• Experience in the FMCG or food production industry is considered advantageous
