Information Technology Manager

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking IT Manager to lead the technology strategy and digital transformation across all Nipro entities in India.

This is a factory-based leadership role responsible for managing SAP S/4HANA, digitalization of patient data systems, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity for manufacturing, sales, and healthcare operations.

The role is ideal for a proven IT professional who thrives in complex, multi-location environments and is passionate about innovation, data integrity, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT operations, systems, and infrastructure across factories, offices, and warehouses.
• Oversee and optimize SAP S/4HANA for all business units (Manufacturing, Sales, Services).
• Drive digital transformation projects including patient data management systems and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Oversee IT for the dialysis treatment management software business, including product deployment, customer support, and compliance with Indian and global healthcare regulations.
• Strengthen data security, cybersecurity readiness, and ensure compliance with global IT governance and Indian data protection laws.
• Partner with global IT teams to align with Nipro Corporation Japan standards and strategy.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and service-level agreements.  Lead IT investment planning and ROI management for each business unit.
• Lead and mentor a multi-location IT team to deliver high-performance outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences .

💼 Experience:

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and management.
• Proven expertise in digital transformation, patient data systems, and data security & cybersecurity management.

🏅 Preferred Certifications:

• SAP Certified Consultant, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ITIL.
• Certifications related to healthcare IT (e.g., HITRUST), and cloud certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure for Healthcare) are a plus.

Work Location

📍 Base: Nipro India Factory – Shirwal, Satara District (approx. 1-hour drive from Pune)

🧭 Travel: Occasional visits to sales offices, and warehouses across India.

• Reports to: President Nipro India Corp
• Functional reporting to: Global IT – Nipro Corporation, Japan
