What You’ll Own

• Develop IT Strategy

  : Design and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s overall goals, ensuring technology supports business growth and development.

• Stay Current with Emerging Technologies

  : Ensure the IT department stays updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance operational efficiency.

• Oversee IT Systems Maintenance

  : Manage and maintain all IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, to ensure they operate effectively and meet business needs.

• Ensure IT Infrastructure Security

  : Safeguard the organization’s IT infrastructure by ensuring it is secure, scalable, and robust to meet both current and future demands.

• Cybersecurity Implementation

  : Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect the organization from data breaches, cyber threats, and other security risks.

• Vendor Relationship Management

  : Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and costs are controlled.

• Daily Operations and Activity Tracking

  : Create and maintain daily checklists and trackers for day-to-day IT activities, ensuring 100% availability and prompt issue resolution.

• Team Collaboration and Updates

  : Collaborate with the IT team, providing regular updates to supervisors and team members while ensuring timely action on assigned tasks.

• Training and Development

  : Implement training programs for the IT team, both verbal and written, to enhance their skills and knowledge. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate progress.
