🚀 Hiring: IT Manager – BPO Sector | Naya Raipur

🔍 About the Role

IT Manager

✅ Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee daily IT operations for the BPO facility
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, telephony systems, and networking
Manage installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems
Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and uptime to ensure operational stability
Lead, mentor, and manage the IT support team; assign workloads and resolve escalations
Implement and manage IT security policies, firewall management, antivirus, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery
Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, OEMs, and internal stakeholders for procurement, AMC, and quick issue resolution
Manage IT assets including inventory, procurement, audits, and documentation
Ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, and information security standards
Support system upgrades, technology transitions, and continuous process improvements
Prepare MIS reports, incident reports, and IT performance dashboards for management review
Provide 24×7 support readiness for critical business operations, as required

🎯 Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in
Network Administration, System Administration, and IT Infrastructure Management
Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and security protocols
Proven experience in Firewall Management
, access control, and network security implementation
Demonstrated ability in
Vendor Management
, AMC handling, SLA tracking, and commercial negotiations
Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure
Strong verbal and written communication skills

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Relevant IT certifications (CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, Security+, etc.) will be an added advantage
Minimum
6–8 years of total experience
, with at least
4+ years in BPO IT Operations
is mandatory
