• Define and execute the enterprise-wide AI and analytics strategy, aligning it with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Establish an AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive innovation and standardize best practices across teams.
• Implement robust data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, ethical AI use, and risk mitigation (bias, privacy, regulatory standards).
• Lead initiatives to advance analytics from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive, incorporating machine learning and generative AI capabilities.

• Translate AI and analytics capabilities into tangible business outcomes, ensuring projects deliver measurable value and align with KPIs.
